These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck4pro ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ck4pro website located at ck4pro.org and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, "the Service").

By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered players, visitors brows ing without an account, and any individual accessing the platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.

ck4pro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail. The platform is operated with Bangladesh players as the primary audience, and all support communications are conducted in English.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The ck4pro platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, claim any bonus, or place any wager. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. ck4pro reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where the player's age cannot be verified.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy the following eligibility conditions to use the platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ck4pro, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from ck4pro or any affiliated platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• The funds you deposit are not derived from criminal activity or money laundering.

Where ck4pro has reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet one or more of the eligibility conditions above, the platform may suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawal, and refer the matter to the relevant authorities if required. Any winnings accumulated by an ineligible player — including a minor — are void and will not be paid out.

To access the full range of ck4pro services, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred currency (BDT). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on ck4pro. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different devices, or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all associated balances and bonus winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ck4pro will never ask you for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the support team immediately.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations, ck4pro may request identity verification documents at any time during the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a pattern of unusual account activity. Documents that may be requested include:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• A utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months as proof of address.
• A photograph or screenshot of the payment method used (e.g., bKash wallet screen with the registered number visible).
• A selfie with the ID document for liveness verification.

Failure to provide the requested documents within 14 calendar days of the request will result in account suspension. Any withdrawal request that was pending at the time of suspension will be held until verification is completed. ck4pro will not process any withdrawal from an unverified account where the cumulative deposit amount exceeds ৳10,000.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck4pro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck4pro does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. There is no platform-imposed maximum on withdrawals for fully verified accounts. For accounts that have not yet completed full KYC verification, a withdrawal limit of ৳10,000 per transaction applies. ck4pro reserves the right to adjust these thresholds and will communicate any changes to registered players in advance.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

ck4pro targets the following processing times for withdrawal requests from verified accounts under normal operating conditions:

• bKash and Nagad: Within 15 minutes of approval during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Rocket and Upay: Within 1 hour of approval.
• Visa and Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required. ck4pro will communicate any delays to the player via the contact details on their account.

4.4 Prohibited Deposit Sources

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a legitimate source. Deposits made using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent accounts, or funds derived from criminal activity will be reversed, and the account will be permanently closed. ck4pro cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in all such cases.

ck4pro offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses on ck4pro is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots generally contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute according to the odds-based schedule published on the promotions page.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date, which is specified in the individual promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without further notice. Real-money funds that were present in the account prior to the bonus activation are not affected by bonus expiry.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ck4pro reserves the right to void bonus winnings and suspend accounts where it identifies behaviour consistent with bonus abuse. Examples of bonus abuse include: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using automated software to clear wagering requirements; and sharing bonus codes in violation of their distribution terms.

5.4 Promotional Changes

ck4pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified after a player has already claimed it, the modification will not retroactively affect that player's existing bonus claim unless there is evidence of fraudulent activity associated with the claim.

By using the ck4pro platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming and sports betting. You agree not to engage in any conduct that is harmful, deceptive, or otherwise contrary to these Terms or applicable law.

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in any way, including to place bets, clear wagering requirements, or extract data.
• Exploiting any software error, miscalculated odds, technical malfunction, or pricing mistake. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker or live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting in bad faith, or manipulation of sporting events.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed funds.
• Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime.
• Impersonating another individual or providing false identity information during the registration or KYC process.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or to any non-public area of the platform.

6.2 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or communication failure during gameplay, any bets that were in progress at the time of the error will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by ck4pro's servers. ck4pro's server-side records are the authoritative source for determining bet outcomes. Winnings generated as a result of a clear software error or misconfiguration will be voided regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the bet was settled.

ck4pro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that the player poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform, or that the player's continued access to the platform is contrary to responsible gaming principles.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, no deposits will be processed, and no bonuses will be offered. 7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, defined as no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity. ck4pro will send notification emails to the registered address 30 days and 7 days before the dormancy classification takes effect. Following dormancy classification, an administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month may be deducted from the account balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support and completing any outstanding identity verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck4pro's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the platform and these Terms — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ck4pro account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

ck4pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of wagering opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or your inability to use the platform for any reason.

ck4pro does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, and third-party network issues may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the service. ck4pro will use reasonable efforts to minimise such interruptions and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.

The platform provides access to games supplied by third-party software providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. ck4pro is not responsible for defects, errors, or interruptions in games caused by the software provider's systems, provided that ck4pro takes reasonable steps to resolve such issues upon becoming aware of them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
